At school, Frankie, Harry, Clover, a white and grey guinea pig, and Skip, a small brown guinea pig, sit at their desks. Text reads, “T.V.O. kids Presents. A singer sings, HOW DO YOU DO? IT'S NICE TO SEE. IN OUR HAPPY PLACE.

The singer sings, OH, OH, IN OUR HAPPY PLACE.

Water ripples down a stream in Happe Place.

A narrator says, TODAY IN HAPPY PLACE, JELLY BEAN THE CAT IS GOING TO LEARN THE VALUE OF LOOKING AFTER YOURSELF. BECAUSE YOU CAN'T TAKE CARE OF OTHERS UNTIL YOU'VE TAKEN CARE OF YOURSELF.

Jellybean, a black and white cat, walks through Happy Place. She joins Frankie and Harry by the gazebo.

[Gentle music plays]

[Jelly Bean yawning]

Yawning, Jelly Bean says, HELLO, FRANKIE AND HARRY.

Harry says, HI, JELLY BEAN. ARE YOU OKAY?

Jelly Bean says, I'M EXHAUSTED.

Frankie asks, WHY ARE YOU SO TIRED?

Jelly Bean says, WELL, I'VE BEEN HELPING MR. RADISH WITH THE TOWN HALL RUMMAGE SALE THAT'S COMING UP.

Harry says, REMIND ME, WHAT'S A RUMMAGE SALE, JELLY BEAN?

Jelly Bean says, OH. IT'S A FUNDRAISER WHERE CITIZENS DONATE USED THINGS LIKE CLOTHES, TOYS, BOOKS, YOU NAME IT. AND THEN WE SELL IT. WITH THE MONEY, HAPPY PLACE IS BUILDING AND PLANTING A TOWN FRUIT AND VEGGIE GARDEN.

Frankie says, I'VE HEARD ABOUT THIS HAPPY PLACE GARDEN PROJECT. IS IT TRUE THAT EVERYONE CAN HELP IN THE GARDEN?

Jelly Bean says, YES, FRANKIE. THAT'S WHAT I'M HELPING RAISE MONEY FOR.

Frankie says, THAT'S A LOT OF WORK.

Jelly Bean says, I'VE BEEN WORKING SO HARD THAT I'VE BEEN GRUMPY WITH THE TEAM. THIS MORNING I WAS SNAPPY AND RUDE TO MR. RADISH.

Harry says, JELLY BEAN, DON'T BE TOO HARD ON YOURSELF. WHEN I DON'T GET ENOUGH REST, I GET GRUMPY TOO. SOUNDS TO ME LIKE YOU COULD USE SOME SELF-CARE.

Jelly Bean asks, WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY "SELF-CARE", FRANKIE?

Frankie says, I MEAN, YOU NEED TO REST YOUR MIND AND BODY SO YOU FEEL YOURSELF AGAIN.

Harry says, I AGREE. AND PUTTING TOGETHER THAT RUMMAGE SALE? I CAN IMAGINE IT'S A LOT OF WORK.

Frankie suggests, WHY DON'T YOU GO HOME AND HAVE A REST? DRINK SOME TEA, HAVE A SNACK AND A NAP. ONCE YOU FEEL BETTER, COME FIND US AND WE WILL HELP WITH THE FUNDRAISER.

Harry says, YES, WE'D LOVE TO HELP, JELLY BEAN!

Jelly Bean says, THAT WOULD BE REALLY WONDERFUL. AH, THANK YOU, FRIENDS.

Jell Bean walks away.

The narrator says, AND SO JELLY BEAN WENT HOME. SHE MADE HERSELF A CUP OF CHAMOMILE TEA WITH HONEY.

The narrator says, SHE ATE A SANDWICH, AND SHE CLIMBED INTO BED.

In a picture, Jelly Bean lies in bed, snuggled against her pillow.

The narrator says, MEANWHILE, THE GUINEA PIGS GATHERED IN FRONT OF THE TOWN HALL.

Mr. Radish and Mayor Rufus stand outside Town Hall with Clover, Skip and other guinea pigs.

Mr. Radish says, OKAY, VOLUNTEERS. WE HAVE SET UP THE BOOK SALE TABLE. WE HAVE THE TOYS SORTED OUT AND READY TO SELL. WE HAVE THE CLOTHING AND TRINKETS ORGANIZED. ALL WE NEED TO DO IS ADD THE PRICE TAGS.

Skip says, MR. RADISH, IT LOOKS LIKE WE HAVE SOME MORE VOLUNTEERS. HI, FRANKIE AND HARRY.

Frankie stands beside Harry.

Clover says, YAY! THANKS FOR COMING. IT'S BEEN REALLY BUSY.

Ginger says, IT SURE HAS. HEY, WHERE'S JELLY BEAN? IS SHE OKAY?

Clover says, I SAW HER LEAVE A WHILE AGO. SHE WAS A BIT GRUMPY.

Skip says, MIND YOU, SHE'S BEEN WORKING NON-STOP AND SHE NEVER TAKES A BREAK.

Frankie says, WE ENCOURAGED HER TO TAKE A BREAK AND DO SOME SELF-CARE.

Harry says, SHE'LL BE BACK WHEN SHE'S FEELING ENERGIZED.

Mr. Radish says, I'M HAPPY TO HEAR THAT. IN FACT, I'LL BE HEADING HOME TO REST SOON, TOO.

Skip says, SO ONCE WE FINISH PRICING THE ITEMS, WHAT DO WE DO?

Clover says, WE MAKE SIGNS FOR THE SALE.

Ginger says, THEN WE ALL REST UP BEFORE THE BIG RUMMAGE SALE TOMORROW.

[Light, cheerful music plays]

The narrator says, AS THE VOLUNTEERS CONTINUED TO WORK, JELLY BEAN RETURNED, FEELING RESTED AND REFRESHED.

Jelly Bean walks across the bridge over the stream.

The narrator adds, AND ALL THE GUINEA PIGS WERE REMINDED THAT IF YOU TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF, YOU'LL BE ABLE TO TAKE CARE OF OTHERS.

A picture from inside Town Hall shows guinea pig volunteers in aprons gathered around rummage sale items, including chairs, tables, a dresser, a dollhouse, stuffed animals, plates and cutlery.

Outside, Jelly Bean says, WHAT A SUCCESS! THE RUMMAGE SALE MADE ENOUGH MONEY FOR OUR HAPPY PLACE GARDEN.

Harry says, AND LOOK AT THE TEAPOT I BOUGHT!

He stands by a pink and blue teapot.

Harry says, A WIN-WIN FOR EVERYONE!

[Harry chuckling]

Mr. Radish says, WELL DONE, EVERYONE. THAT WAS A LOT OF WORK AND A LOT OF FUN!
