[clock chiming and ticking]

A clock in Gisele’s backyard strikes 5.

Gisele says DO YOU KNOW WHAT
THAT SOUND MEANS?
[clock chiming and ticking]

Gisele sits on a rocking chair with a book on her lap and says IT MEANS, IT'S
TIME FOR A RHYME.
WHAT'S THAT,
HUMPTY?

Humpty is a stuffed toy in the shape of an egg with purple hair.

Gisele says YOU'D LIKE TO HEAR A
RHYME ABOUT COUNTING?
I THINK I HAVE ONE
OF THOSE IN HERE.

She opens her book of rhymes.

She says IN THE KINGDOM OF
THINGDOM.
THE SELLER WAS
SELLING,
WHILE THE BUYER
WAS COUNTING
THE PIES HE
WAS SMELLING.

An egg shaped stuffed seller stands behind a table with pies on.

The byer arrives and says "I COUNT...
BUT I CANNOT BUY
THESE FOUR.
I NEED MORE."

The seller says "WHAT IF I STRETCHED
THEM OUT VERY WIDE?"

The buyer says "I STILL COUNT...
FOUR SPINACH PIES,
SIDE TO SIDE."

The seller says "WHAT IF I STACKED
THEM UP VERY HIGH?
THAT MUST BE MORE.
I WOULD NOT WHINE."

Gisele says THE BUYER COUNTED...

The buyer says "THE NUMBER'S
STILL FOUR,"

Gisele says HE SAID IN THE END.

The seller says "INSTEAD OF STRETCHING
OR PILING THEM HIGH,
WHAT I WILL DO IS
ADD ONE MORE PIE."

The buyer says "FIVE, NOT FOUR!
THANKS, DEAR SELLER.
FOR NOW I HAVE MORE."

Gisele says WHAT'S THAT, HUMPTY?
YOU'D LIKE TO KNOW WHERE
TO BUY A SPINACH PIE.
I THINK WE SHOULD
ASK THE SELLER.
HE HAS MORE
THAN ENOUGH.
