The show starts with a News service from space. A dynamic planet Earth rotates in a galaxy while the text "BBN. First on the scene" circles it.

A Male Announcer says THIS IS BBN, BIG BACKYARD
NEWS, AND HERE WITH BREAKING
NEWS FROM THE BIG BACKYARD IS
STICKS WITH FIRST ON THE SCENE.

A colorful garden with all kinds of flowers appears. Sticks is a little brown squirrel. He wears a yellow suit, patterned bow tie and contrasting shirt. He stands on a log with the logo print of "BBN" and a caption below reads "Sticks."

Sticks says HELLO AND WELCOME TO
FIRST ON THE SCENE, WHERE WE
BRING YOU EXCITING EVENTS FROM
ACROSS ONTARIO AS THEY HAPPEN.
TODAY'S EXCITING NEWS COMES FROM
OTTAWA, ONTARIO.

The main garden’s door creaks and the screen travels straight to a tall building on a sunny day. The caption on top reads "Ottawa, Ontario."

Sadie says I'M SADIE, I'M SIX AND
I LIVE IN OTTAWA.

Sadie appears on screen. She has blond wavy hair tied up in the back and wears a sleeveless white T.shirt.

Sticks says HI SADIE - I HEARD
YOU'RE TAKING A YOGA CLASS FOR
THE FIRST TIME, YEAH.
UM WHAT'S YOGA?

She stands in a room with a library in the back.

Sadie says THERE'S A LOT OF MOVES
AND YOU MOVE YOUR BODY.
IT'S LIKE EXERCISING.

Sticks says WELL WHY DO YOU WANT
TO TAKE A YOGA CLASS, HMM?

Sadie says BECAUSE MY MOM DOES
IT - SHE TEACHES ME A LOT OF
YOGA MOVES AND IT'S REALLY FUN.

A clip shows little Sadie unrolling a green mat.

Sticks says SADIE IS UNROLLING
SOMETHING.
OH IT'S A COMFY MAT.
LOOKS LIKE IT'S TIME FOR THE
YOGA CLASS TO START.

Sadie and her classmates are ready to begin the class.

The Instructor says PUT YOUR ARMS OUT AND YOUR
KNEES ON THE MAT SO YOU CAN GROW
INTO A BIG TABLE.
LET'S HEAR YOUR BIG MOMMY AND
DADDY COW MOO.

The little girls in the class shout MOO!

Sticks giggles and says WE SOUND LIKE COWS.
WOW YOGA LOOKS LIKE
RELAXING, STRETCHY FUN.

Next, a clip shows Sadie trying different positions and exercises.

The Instructor says WAKE UP SLEEPING BUNNIES,
WAKE UP, WAKE UP!
HOP LITTLE BUNNIES, HOP HOP HOP.
[Chattering]

Sticks says WOW LOOK AT ALL THE
COOL SHAPES THEY'RE MAKING WITH
THEIR BODIES.

A new clip shows the Instructor giving out coloured feathers.

The Instructor says THERE'S A RED, A GREEN, THERE
YOU GO.
WHAT COLOUR WOULD YOU LIKE MATA?

Sticks says OH THEY HAVE TO BLOW
ON A FEATHER?
THAT'S FUN.

The little girls in the class play with the feather as well as with balls they use to touch the tips of their feet.

The Instructor says LET'S COUNT THE BREATHS WITH
OUR FEATHER - ONE, TWO, THREE,
FOUR, FIVE, WONDERFUL!
TOUCH ONE LEG, SEE IF YOU CAN
KISS YOUR KNEE AGAIN MWAH.

Sticks says OH I REALLY LIKE THE
BALLOONS.

All say OHM.

Sticks says SO SADIE, WHAT DID
YOU THINK OF YOUR FIRST YOGA
CLASS HMM?

Sadie says IT'S FUN 'CAUSE YOU,
YOU MOVE YOUR BODY AND IT'S
REALLY INTERESTING TO LEARN IT.

Sticks says THANKS SADIE.

Sadie is ready to leave. She puts on a coat and grabs her white ball.

She says BYE STICKS.

Sticks says GOODBYE SADIE.

Sticks tries some yoga in the studio. He looks relaxed.
