Next, Anja and Lisa put together a plant-based pirate bake sale to raise funds for extra supplies. With all their spoils from the bake sale, Anja, her family, and the Squad transform the alley into the perfect Green playground: a tire swing and planters made with reused tires, an all-natural wood chip floor, and a pirate treasure compost box. With the alley in ship-shape, the Squad leaves Anja to make some new friends in her upcycled pirate playground.

Cool! --- Elinor and her friends want to bring Ms. Mole a cupcake for her birthday, but they're worried it will get squished on the way to school. The kids find inspiration in nature when they observe how different animals/creatures stay safe using their shells as a defense mechanism. Elinor, Ari and Olive use this idea as inspiration to make a shell around the cupcake using a hard coconut. Because of the kids' hard work and ingenuity, the cupcake makes it all the way to school without being squished, just in time for Ms. Mole to enjoy her present. Yum!

Ginger and the Pea-Rexes stir out of sleep as a strange squawking, rustling sound breaks the peace and quiet. They peer through the bushes at the edge of home base to see, right next door, a Mandarinteryx has moved in and is digging up the place. As Ginger and the Pea-Rexes try and work out a way to move it along, they stumble across another Mandarinteryx, but this one is different, instead of digging up the ground, this one is spitting pips! Ginger realizes that Mandarinteryx's thrive off this partnership, where one digs a hole, and the other plants a pip. Now all she needs to do is convince them to meet.
