Network Cabling Specialist

After the internet goes down in the skills space, Akeylah meets with a network cabling specialist named Michael at IBEW 804. Being a network cabling specialist is all about keeping people connected by installing, maintaining, and testing different network cables. Akeylah learns how to strip a cable, ‘terminate’ it, and test it. Michael shows Akeylah different types of cables, like fibre optics, and how to splice them together. With some network cabling knowledge under her belt, Akeylah tries her hand at running cable through a ceiling!
