Commercial Painter

Brody meets up with Amandeep (Mandy), a commercial painter, at the Finishing Trade Institute of Ontario. Mandy shows Brody the ropes of commercial painting, starting with how to prep an area using mud, tape, and sandpaper. Next Brody learns how to paint the area using rollers and a ‘cut can’. Mandy shows Brody how to paint using a sprayer, and it takes no time for Brody to spray a cupboard. Mandy then shows off the artful skill of using wall coverings to transform a space.
